senior drug assistance program

• This program has been developed to provide some financial relief in prescription medicines.  It allows qualified senior Huron County residents to take advantage of various drug programs now being offered.
• Assistance will be offered in determining eligibility and completing the forms for the programs best suited to help you.

who qualifies?

 Huron County resident

 Age 60 or older

 Must be without any private or government prescription drug coverage

 Must meet income eligibility requirements set by the individual

     programs

 

Each applicant must provide:

 Proof of income

  Proof of prescription

 Picture identification

 We offer information and enrollment forms for many discount and

    patient assistance programs

 

 

  We research drug programs for those who meet income

     requirements, allowing eligible seniors to receive prescription

     drugs at a minimal fee or even free.

 

 

 Application fee for this program is only $2.00

 

 

 

Appointments are necessary and can be scheduled at either our Norwalk or Willard facilities for a confidential meeting about the program.
